Pörkölt cooking contest

On Sunday at the wine festival in Hévíz, there was a pörkölt cooking contest. Here in total twelve competitors were competing in the cooking of this "zoer vleisj" like meal. The competitors were not only judged after finishing the dish, but they were also judged on their techniques of making the necessary fire and the handling of the kettel while it was boiling.

The people on the left, who are tasting their own food, were finally the winners of this most intruiging competition
